Hosting needed for Choral Fest Living Savior has been asked by MLHS to help host high school students attending Choral Fest. We are hosting 26 students Northland Lutheran High School and would be looking for approximately 13 families who would be willing to open their homes and provide lodging for students during the weekend.
Serve
It is a response of faith for Christians to use their gifts and talents to serve and love one another or to share the love of Christ with others in our Church and community.
Ways to Serve
Here's where you find information about our Bell Choir, Choir, Festival Choir, Church Band, Small groups (vocal or instrumental), etc.
Bell Choir
Bell’s practice is on Sundays after worship. Our Director, Sandi Zirbel, is always looking for new ringers. It’s a fun group and great way to serve our LORD and His people!

Sunday School is at each campus. In addition, we hope to start up Wednesday school for grade schoolers.
Sunday classes are available for everyone in the family! The children in PK3-Grade 5 discover the story of salvation through interactive Old and New Testament lessons.
The Soup for Souls Ministry provides our congregation another opportunity to reach out to friends, relatives, neighbors, and co-workers in our community and show them Christian love. Care packages of meals, dessert, and homemade cards are given to individuals we encounter every day that may need some kind words of encouragement and love. Through this program we hope to reach individuals and show them the face of Jesus' love and that we as a congregation care about them as they face a new, old or recurrent challenge in their lives.
If you know of someone who is going through a difficult time or could use some care, please make use of the Soup for Souls meals. Frozen meals are available at school and at church. Meals include a dessert. Free cards are included where you can write a message of encouragement or God's Word.
If you would like to support this ministry special envelopes are now available at church. Thanks to everyone who helps with Soup for Souls and supports this great program that helps us show the love of Christ.
The food pantry is always in need of volunteers and the following supplies: juice, cereal, black beans, pinto beans, corn, canned fruit, baking items, ketchup, soap, toothpaste, shampoo, laundry detergent, Kleenex, and toilet paper.
If you can help out with donations or volunteering, that would be awesome! If able to volunteer, join us the first Saturday morning of each month from 7 am - 10 am or contact Erin Braun.
If you know of anyone struggling with food insecurity, please call
As the coffee host, you’ll be serving coffee and goodies to people after the service as we gather for brief fellowship to chat with others, catch up with friends and more. It’s a great way to bring a smile to somebody’s face by giving them something to drink and/or eat as they mingle with you and others.
A batch of cookies or a pan of bars is more than enough each week. Choose a Sunday that fits into your schedule.
Help promote our church and school!
Parent Teacher Organization promotes fellowship activities for the school.
Livestream help, greet people as they come in, altar guild, etc.
Thank you to all who have volunteered for many different opportunities in the past and those who consider helping and serving in the future.
